Bo is a purebred smooth coated Border Collie about 3.5 yrs old. He is of moderate energy level and would make an excellent companion level dog. He gets along with other dogs and cats and is not alpha. Bo has a great recall, knows basic commands, housebroken and crate trained. In addition, he is neutered, UTD on shots, on heartworm prevention and frontline plus.

In the home Bo is sweet and settled. He loves hanging out with the humans and is a snuggler in bed who will sleep in one spot all night. Bo's herding instinct is complusive which can irritate other dogs who don't like to be followed around. It is this behavior that causes conflicts within a pack. If he is jumped by another dog he will not fight back. The ideal home for Bo would be as an only dog or in a home with a non alpha partner who doesn't mind being followed around. Bo is starting to show interest in toys and will play by himself.
